1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, platform, mobile app, and all services provided by agrn69 ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform in any way, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at agrn69. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information. agrn69 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity as part of the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3 User Account

Once your account is successfully registered, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. agrn69 recommends using a strong and unique password, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to it. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, please contact agrn69 support immediately.

Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another individual is strictly prohibited. An agrn69 account is for the sole personal use of the registered account holder and may not be shared or transferred under any circumstances.

Agrn69 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict an account for investigation purposes if any suspicious or unusual activity is detected. The account holder will be contacted via their registered email for further notification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the agrn69 Platform are operated using a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited and certified by a recognised certification body. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Game results recorded by the agrn69 system are final and binding. In the event of any discrepancy between the display on your device and the agrn69 server records, the server records shall take precedence and be considered the authoritative record.

Agrn69 is not responsible for any losses incurred due to technical disruptions, internet disconnections, or device failures on the player's end. Should a disruption occur during gameplay, the agrn69 system is designed to resume or complete the game round based on data recorded prior to the disruption.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the agrn69 Platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Falsifying identity or using fraudulent identification documents during the KYC process.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

8 Account Closure

Agrn69 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons and no terms have been violated, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your last deposit, after deducting any bonuses subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements.

9 Disclaimer of Liability

Agrn69 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any disruption, error, or technical bug on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information by a third party.
• Decisions or actions taken based on content on the Platform.
• Any event beyond agrn69's reasonable control (force majeure).

Agrn69's maximum liability to you, under any circumstances, is limited to the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

10 Data Protection
